With so many types of pallet racking, each business will have different requirements, get in touch, tell us about your business and we can book a site visit, recommend different designs and types of racking that will suit your warehouse and product storage requirements.
This would depend on what pallet type you are storing, weights and how your warehouse operates. We can advise on this and provide you with some options to best maximise your space.
Yes we can design the racking completely to your specification, and product being stored. We do however try to keep to industry standard sizes to help keep costs and lead-time down, but if you have bespoke requirements we can help.
We have been lucky enough to work alongside all business sectors such as, Logistics, food manufacturing, wholesalers, Distribution centres, builders merchants, and ecommerce. Both internal & external projects.
This would depend on size and quantities, but generally it can be as quick as 5-7 days, upto 4-6 weeks on large projects, and 6-8 weeks on bespoke (made to order) materials. We also hold stock of standard sizes in our King’s Lynn Warehouse.
This does depend on size. Beam loadings can range from 500kgs upto 3000kgs per level. (UDL)

Yes. All our products are sourced from SEMA accredited brands.
Yes, all our racking systems work on a starter bay and extension bay. so if the space is available you can extend off as you wish. Frames can be spliced to increase the height and extra levels can be installed, however you would need to check with the original supplier that the design is capable prior to making any modifications. And ensure the works are carried out by SEMA approved installers.
We highly recommend that regular daily, weekly, & monthly rack inspections are carried out by staff, with an annually inspection by a SEMA inspector. this will help keep damage to a minimum, ensure your warehouse is running at maximum capacity, and most importantly keep employees safe.
