Sometimes buying online isn't the best way and you'll need to chat things through to get across what you are trying to achieve. We can help with a full site survey and quotation service. Being located in Norfolk, we are very well located to serve Storage & Racking in Essex, East Anglia, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Lincolnshire and beyond.
Contact & Site Visit.
Either by email or phone and let’s arrange a suitable time for one of our sales reps to visit site and discuss your options. With many ears experience in the industry we can advise on many different storage solutions to suit all types of budgets. Prior to leaving we will then measure the area and handover some literature and business card.
Design.
With all the measurement and detail taken from the site survey we then get to work on design phase. We have a number of suppliers all with different specification & lead-times; so should your project require a quick-turnaround we can design and advise to suit. We have a range of in-house technical information/software to best advise you. Should you have a Shelving or Racking project we will provide SEMA safety load notices to each run.
Quotations.
We shall present our competitive quotation and CAD drawing (if required) detailing sizes, speciation & loadings.
Order & Delivery.
Should you like to proceed with your order, we then update you ASAP with a delivery date where possible. (Multidrop carriers are 8:00-18:00pm)
Aftersales.
We like to ensure you are happy with your purchase and often follow up by email or phone. Any reviews or feedback is always appreciated.
Rack Inspections.
If we have supplied you with Pallet Racking we can then arrange for an annual rack inspection to be carried out. All inline with SEMA guidelines.
