## Annual Rack Inspections

Being compliant, make your staff, warehouse and business safe. We provide full Rack inspection reports inline with SEMA guidelines.

It’s important and recommended to have in-house inspections carried out by trained staff however by having an independent annual rack inspection by a component person who understands rack design can save you time and money in the long run. We have over 12 years in the industry and have inspected warehouses of all shapes and sizes.

Racking365 (UK) Ltd provide annual rack inspections in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and beyond.  With our annual inspections we provide:

- A easy to follow detailed report, showing where the damage is located.
- Drawing (if required)
- Quotation for replacing damages (Based on readily available systems)

We have access to all the leading brands within the industry such as Dexion, PSS, Link 51, APEX, Mecalux, Hilo and many more…

**SEMA Guidelines** – Rack inspections are conducted on a traffic light system. These are as follows:

**GREEN **– Within the tolerance, record and report the damage and monitor over time. If the damage increases then this would become Amber.

**AMBER **– Damage identified, once goods are offloaded do not use or reload this location. Order spares and carry out replacements within 4 week period.

**RED **– Severe damage has been identified, Immediate offload of all effective bays/locations. Order spares and replace ASAP.

It’s not the obvious fork truck damage that occurs, having badly installed racking by untrained engineers can be just as unsafe. We can help so drop us a email and enquiry into getting your warehouse back up and running safety. Information to consider before calling,

- Approx.. number of pallet locations you have
- Is the warehouse Chill/Freezer or Ambient?
- Type and Manufacture of racking (If unsure please send photos)
